“Light Within You” is a charitable exhibition project by artist Yuliia Nikiforova, who creates to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the resilient Ukrainians affected by the war. All works are available for purchase.

Yuliia Nikiforova is a contemporary artist from Khmelnychchyna, founder of the “Cube Art Workroom” for children and adults. After the full-scale invasion, she came up with the idea of involving her students in volunteer projects. Together with her pupils, she painted helmets, shell casings, and other elements of used weapons, which were later sold at fairs and auctions.

The 25 paintings presented in the museum were created by Yuliia Nikiforova over the course of a year. If you visit the exhibition, you will sense the subtle aroma of oil paints in the hall. These are new works about eternal values! “Each canvas is a piece of my soul, love, and gratitude to our warriors. My works are about values and traditions, about myths and legends of ancient Ukraine, about kin and family, our roots, about the aspiration to rediscover our identity,” – Yuliia Nikiforova
